• Put Your Spin On It: Feel free to tweak and tinker with the downloaded files to craft new projects, all within the confines of this license. Customize and adapt to match your vision.
• Cater to a Crowd: You can use the downloaded files to create an endless array of End Products for any number of clients, free from the constraints of project limits.
• Monetize Your Masterpieces: Transform your creations into a source of income by crafting End Products for sale to End Users.
• Keep It Open and Accessible: Develop End Products that are open source and readily available to End Users, advocating for transparency and inclusivity in your projects.

You’re not allowed to do the following:

• Selling, licensing, distributing, or transferring rights to the files or their contents, whether in their original form or after modifications.
• Utilizing files or their contents within a UI kit, library, template, or framework, even for other software and frameworks.
• Distributing or making the files or their contents accessible online to the public.

Just use them reasonably, without trying to copy or use them in something in direct competition. And hey, we've got some free versions of our products, so we hope you find them handy!

A "user" is defined as anyone using our files, either as a direct editor or as a user of a library of published components. You may share access to the files or a published library with your team members or other users only if you've bought a PRO TEAM or PRO ENTERPRISE license.

Licensing Agreement

When you purchase or download any of our products from our website, whether a free version or a paid one, you are acquiring a license that allows you to employ these files for particular purposes subject to well-defined conditions.

This license extends to the user a continuous, non-exclusive, and worldwide authorization to use the digital products.

Under the terms of this license, you possess the freedom to utilize the products you've bought to create an unlimited number of End Products, whether for your personal use or to fulfill your clients' needs.

An end product is one of the following:

The End Product is a customized implementation of the Item. For example, the Item is a package of UI elements, and the End Product is your unique finished website or app design.

You are allowed to:

• Designing and building websites for personal use or clients is fully authorized.
• You have the green light to craft web applications or mobile apps for your own purposes or as commissioned work for clients.
• Developing commercial Software as a Service (SaaS) applications or websites is entirely within the bounds of the license. These may be offered to end users on a subscription basis, whereby they pay for ongoing access.
• Similarly, you can create commercial SaaS applications or websites where end users make a one-time payment for access.
• Our products on our website can be employed as a foundational resource for establishing an internal design system upon which you can build and expand. This is especially beneficial for in-house design projects.

You may publish the item in your team library or share the files within your organization for participants only if you've bought a team or enterprise license. These licenses allow you to give up to 5 or 12 users access. If you need more than 12 users, contact office@tractionkeys.com, and we can organize this.

Permissible Uses by the License:

• Designing and building websites for personal use or clients is fully authorized.
• You have the green light to craft web applications or mobile apps for your own purposes or as commissioned work for clients.
• Developing commercial Software as a Service (SaaS) applications or websites is entirely within the bounds of the license. These may be offered to end users on a subscription basis, whereby they pay for ongoing access.
• Similarly, you can create commercial SaaS applications or websites where end users make a one-time payment for access.
• Our products on our website can be employed as a foundational resource for establishing an internal design system upon which you can build and expand. This is especially beneficial for in-house design projects.

Prohibited Activities:

‍

• Sharing or distributing the item link online, including embedding it for public access in Figma.
• Only incorporating Item design files into the End Product in their original form is allowed.
• Redistributing the Item as stock, within tools or templates, or along with source files is strictly prohibited. This extends to creating templates or libraries for other platforms or software, such as Shopify, Adobe XD, Webflow, HTML, CSS, React, WordPress, Tailwind, and similar platforms. These restrictions apply whether you use the Item on its own or bundled with other items, even if you've made modifications.
• You are not allowed to re-distribute the Item as-is or with minor superficial changes.
• Preventing an end user of the End Product from extracting and using the Item separately is a requirement.
• If you've acquired an individual license, you cannot publish the item in your team library or grant editing permissions to others. If multiple individuals need access to the file, please purchase a team license.

The license does not permit the following uses:

‍

• Sharing or posting the files or their contents online, making them accessible to the public.
• Sharing the files or contents with users who have not obtained a license.
• Developing a version of our products for platforms like Sketch or Adobe XD and offering it for free or for sale.
• Creating versions of our products for React, Vue, HTML, Bootstrap, or Tailwind on our website and distributing them for free or for sale.
• Building a UI kit, theme, template, design system, or starter kit by using components, designs, assets, or templates from our products on our website, even if they have been modified, and then making this new creation available for free or for sale.
• Developing an "app builder" or "website builder" that incorporates components, designs, assets, or templates from our products available on our website, even if you've made modifications to them.
• In summary, feel free to use our products from our website for any purpose, as long as it's not for creating a template or product that directly competes with our offerings, whether offered for free or for sale.

Enforcement

Traction Keys SRL retains the copyright for all our products on our website and their associated files. This license grants you specific permissions as outlined herein, with all other rights reserved.

Traction Keys SRL retains the prerogative to pursue legal action in the event of any unauthorized utilization of our products on our website, mainly when these assets are employed in the creation of a competing product (e.g., a library, UI kit, or templates) or distributed online.

By procuring or downloading our products on our website or our products, which include the free versions (referred to as the "Item"), you commit to financial liability for any breach of this license agreement, amounting to $25,000 for each such offense. Should a watermarked copy of our products from our website be shared openly online or on a piracy forum, you consent to assume financial responsibility for each download, considered an independent breach of this agreement.

Limitation of liability

Traction Keys SRL's responsibility for any expenses, damages, or other adverse consequences stemming from your utilization of our products on our website, even when faced with third-party claims against you, is restricted to a refund of your purchase.

Traction Keys SRL shall not be accountable for any incidental damages linked to your use of our products on our website.

Extending the license

If you desire to broaden the scope of your license for our products available on our website, transitioning from an individual license (for one user) to a team license (for up to 5 users), an enterprise license (for up to 12 users), or an unlimited license (for as many users as required), please contact us at office@tractionkeys.com.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you encounter any substantial issues with the file, kindly inform us at office@tractionkeys.com within a 30-day window, and we'll promptly process a complete refund.

Please take note that we are unable to provide refunds based solely on a change of mind after purchase, a decision not to use the file, or a lack of familiarity with Figma's features. We hold unwavering confidence in the quality of our products available on our website and believe you'll find them equally valuable. However, we encourage you to explore the free version of our products on our website and preview the PRO version before making a purchase, ensuring it aligns with your specific requirements.

If a refund is issued, your commitment is to delete all associated files within 24 hours promptly. Usage of our products on our website in any projects, including those of a personal or non-commercial nature, is strictly prohibited after that.
